Today's feature story:
The New York Police Department now has the authority to enforce a shoot to kill policy, that will allow officers to utilize the probable cause statement previously applied to not so random searches. Leaders from the African American and Latino communities are outraged at this new policy, stating that the police department has consistently targetted minorities, using the ambiguous probable cause statement as their rational.
