Distant Horizon

Droplets of the sky,
falling down,
pitter pattering
Washing away all the haze,
Cleaning up something gray.
Is this paradise?
And my eyes have now openend up .
Distantly focused along the horizon in view.
Droplets of the sky...
Its a world where alls a new.
I cant see beyond the plains to the east ,
at least.
And coming in and out of view,
with the sunlight spilling through all the forest leaves.
No path here,
no guiding me.
The earth is too fresh,and I
am never going to lose my way,
And once I have gone too far.
What will be there in the dark?
Now I am raising my head up high.
