A womans face with natures own hand painted,
你有一張女人的臉
Hast thou, the master mistress of my passion;
造物主的手筆，描繪了我心中的渴想
A womans gentle heart, but not acquainted
一顆女人溫柔的心，但並未沾染
With shifting change, as is false womens fashion:
女人的善變一如輕浮的風行
An eye more bright than theirs, less false in rolling,
一雙比他們更明亮的大眼睛，但又沒那樣虛偽地顧轉
Gilding the object whereupon it gazeth;
你眼之所到之處皆鍍上了金
A man in hue all hues in his controlling,
你一人壓倒了群芳
Which steals mens eyes and womens souls amazeth.
使男人們目眩，使女人們傾心
And for a woman wert thou first created;
造物主原是想創造一個女人
Till Nature, as she wrought thee, fell a-doting,
但想不到結束時墜入你的情網
And by addition me of thee defeated,
為了使我對你沒有性趣
By adding one thing to my purpose nothing.
在你身上添了一件無用之物
But since she prickd thee out for womens pleasure,
